Congressional Task Force on Down Syndrome

Established in May 2015, the Congressional Task Force on Down Syndrome, which is an expansion of the Congressional Down Syndrome Caucus originally formed in 2008, is made up of US Representatives and US Senators. The Task Force is a way to educate Members of Congress and their staff about Down syndrome, and to promote legislative activities and public policies that would enhance the quality of life for those with Down syndrome.  PDSAC is focused on getting the entire Pennsylvania Congressional Delegation to join the Task Force.  Visit this site to learn more about the Task Force and view PA's US Congressmen and Senators who are members.

As of May1, 2017 the following Pennsylvania US Congressmen and Senators are Task Force Members:

     * Robert Casey (Senator, D-PA; co-chair of the Task Force)

     * Ryan Costello (Representative, R-PA)

     * Brian Fitzpatrick (Representative, R-PA)

     * Glenn "GT" Thompson (Representative, R-PA)

ACTION:  REACH OUT TO YOUR MEMBER OF CONGRESS AND ASK THEM TO JOIN THE TASK FORCE.
